This cannot be undone. There is no restore option and no waiting period you can cancel within. If you only want a break, sign out instead — signing out leaves your account intact.
Use this if you have lost access to the app or to your device. Write to:
Send it from the email address the account was registered with — that is how we confirm the request is really yours. We do not ask for a copy of your ID, and we will never ask you for your password.
We reply within 30 days, and normally much sooner. If we cannot match the address to an account, we will tell you rather than delete the wrong one.
Deleting your account removes, immediately and permanently:

| Private messages you sent | The text is replaced with “[Message from deleted account]” and your name is detached from it. The message itself stays so the conversation of the person you were talking to does not fall apart. They did not delete anything. |
| Plans you had created | Marked as cancelled rather than erased, so the people who had joined can see the plan is off instead of finding it silently gone. |
| Communities you founded | The community survives with no owner listed, so its other members do not lose it. |
| Backups | Encrypted backups roll over on their own schedule. Your data is gone from the live service at once and disappears from backups as they cycle out. |
| Records we are legally required to hold | For example moderation or abuse records, where the law requires us to keep them. See the Privacy Policy. |
If you want a copy before you go, open Settings → Data and privacy → Download my data (GDPR) in the app. You get a JSON file with your profile, plans, posts, the messages you wrote, communities, notifications and blocks. Do this before deleting: once the account is gone we cannot recover it to export it.

No se puede deshacer. No hay restauración ni un plazo dentro del cual cancelarlo. Si solo quieres desconectar una temporada, cierra sesión: eso deja la cuenta intacta.
Usa esta vía si has perdido el acceso a la app o al móvil. Escribe a:
Mándalo desde la dirección con la que se registró la cuenta: así comprobamos que la petición es tuya de verdad. No pedimos copia del DNI, y nunca te pediremos la contraseña.
Respondemos en un máximo de 30 días, normalmente mucho antes. Si la dirección no corresponde a ninguna cuenta, te lo decimos en vez de borrar la que no es.
Eliminar la cuenta quita, de inmediato y para siempre:

| Los mensajes privados que enviaste | El texto se sustituye por «[Mensaje de cuenta eliminada]» y se desliga de tu nombre. El mensaje se queda para que no se descosa la conversación de la otra persona, que no ha borrado nada. |
| Los planes que habías creado | Se marcan como cancelados en vez de desaparecer, para que quien se había apuntado vea que el plan se cae y no se lo encuentre esfumado. |
| Las comunidades que fundaste | La comunidad sigue existiendo sin persona propietaria, para que sus otros miembros no la pierdan. |
| Las copias de seguridad | Las copias cifradas rotan por su cuenta. Tus datos salen del servicio en activo al instante y desaparecen de las copias según éstas se renuevan. |
| Registros que la ley nos obliga a guardar | Por ejemplo los de moderación o abusos, cuando la normativa exige conservarlos. Lo detalla la Política de Privacidad. |
Si quieres una copia antes de irte, abre Ajustes → Datos y privacidad → Descargar mis datos (RGPD) en la app. Recibes un fichero JSON con tu perfil, planes, publicaciones, los mensajes que escribiste, comunidades, notificaciones y bloqueos. Hazlo antes de borrar: una vez eliminada la cuenta no podemos recuperarla para exportarla.
